Manny began his career in marketing and business development before joining telehealth startup Ardina in 2015, which raised venture capital and was acquired by Cardinal Health two years later. After they exit, he co-founded Stopwatch Creative with Lenny, guiding clients through seven- to nine-figure exits. From 2022 through 2025, he served as an Analyst at JumpStart Ventures ($140M AUM), investing in early-stage tech and healthcare startups. He remains active as a founder, advisor, investor, and writer.
Lenny is a designer with a variety of experience. After graduating with a degree in graphic design, Lenny began working on everything he could; from illustration and animation to branding and web design, He is a designer that is constantly learning. Lenny began his career as a freelancer and eventually got an agency gig at which he worked for four years. Lenny also had the opportunity to work in the Jaguar Land Rover Incubator in Portland, where he worked as a UX / UI Designer for one of their startups.
